Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

1. We do not accept any cancellations or returns or exchange or refund once an order is placed

2. Damaged Or Wrong Product: At Laya’s Wardrobe, we ensure that every product undergoes thorough quality check before shipment and Still, if the product received by you is damaged or wrong product is received we’ll be happy to take it back and provide you with the brand new replacement or refund. The issue has to be reported within 24 hrs of receipt of parcel and on providing a 360 degree uncut parcel opening video showing the address details and defects in proper lighting. Please email us at layaswardrobe@gmail.com with defect details mentioning the order id with the subject line as “Defective or Wrong Product Received”. After our acknowledgement, you can ship the parcel back to our address within 48 hrs through India Speed Post. Shipping cost will be credited back to you within 7 days of receiving the product. We can either initiate Refund or Exchange with same product if available or any other item within 7 days of receiving the product

3. Size Issue: There is no returns/exchange/cancellation/refund in case of size issues for readymade products. Hence it is always advisable to order one size up. For any size related queries, feel free to contact us at 9003278587

4. No exchange or returns accepted without 360 degree full uncut parcel opening video (clearly showing the damage).So kindly take the parcel opening video for hassle free exchanges or returns or refunds.

5. All returned products should be in original condition unwashed, unused, unstitched, undamaged and the tags on the product should be intact. If the returned product has any other stains, odours, marks, damages, the product will not qualify for exchange or refund

6. Slight colour variation is possible due to screen resolution of the devices, lighting etc. We make the best efforts to take the photographs in natural light bringing the colour closer to the actual colour.
7. We do not accept returns for the reasons like colour variation,fabric,finish and mis printing. Authentic hand block printed or hand painted or natural dyed products, may have slight stains, misprints, imperfections etc. They are authentic characteristics of a handmade product and therefore do not fall under manufacturing defects


Exchange & Refund Policy
Once the return is received, we shall inspect and acknowledge the product refund or exchange by sending an email to you. We shall then cancel the order and initiate refund or provide exchange. All the information will be shared to you by email. Refunds are credited back to your account from which the payment was done initially with 1-7 working days depending upon your bank’s processing time
