Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:
We offer free shipping all over India. Product will be shipped within 1 - 2
working days through India Speed post from the date of placing the order and
tracking details will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

Order Delivery Timeline:
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from the date of placing the order.
For major cities, orders are delivered within 3-4 working days. Delivery of all
orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of
placing the order. Our delivery timeline is 3 - 10 working days.

Returning Shipping:
In case of verified case of damage, the customer can courier the product back to
us through India Speed Post services, send us the tracking details and get the
shipping charges reimbursed.

Parcel Opening Video:
No exchange or returns accepted without 360 degree full uncut parcel opening
video (clearly showing the damage).So kindly take the parcel opening video for
hassle free exchanges or returns or refunds.

Incomplete Or Failed Deliveries:
In case of any parcel returns to us due to any of the below reasons, we will
resend the parcel to the customer (customer to provide proper address and
contact info) and shipping cost will be charged additionally. Refund will not be
provided for this case.
1. Incomplete or insufficient or wrong address provided by the customer
2. Wrong contact information provided by the customer
3. More than 1 delivery attempts made by the carrier with no receiver
available or no response to the calls
